Hello everyone!

I’m so thrilled you’re here visiting this site. As you can tell, it’s fairly new, so I don’t have a ton of content for you just yet.

BUT..

I have a TON of ideas, and I can’t wait to get them going because I think you’ll really like them. To give you an idea of what’s to come, this space is meant to touch on a number of topics, but the overall theme is to improve your well being.

And that comes in a variety of forms. Your health isn’t just based on what you eat and drink or how much you exercise, although those are definitely important pieces of the picture. But the reality is that living a healthy lifestyle encompasses so much more.

I’ve had the dream of starting this blog for a few years, but I never took the initiative to make it happen. Until now.

I have learned so much in the past several years about who I am and about really taking control of my overall health, and I want to share it with others in hopes that it can make a difference for them as well.

When I sat down to define what I wanted out of my life and how to go about living the lifestyle I wanted, I boiled it down to three main themes:

  • Being more mindful in my everyday life
  • Having a goal of cultivating a healthy lifestyle
  • And keeping myself motivated to make it happen

That is how Mindful • Healthy • Motivated was born.
